Since 1928 our vacation house at Oldfield Point has set the stage for 4 generations to enjoy the simple, blissful pleasures of summer and family.

Warm, gentle water, a private beach with a large deck and shady nooks make for a perfect spot to wile away a summer day. Explore nearby marshes and coves by kayak or canoe. Eagles, Osprey and Great Blue Herons all nest nearby, making it a great spot for the bird enthusiast.

Set high on a bluff above the Elk River, surrounded by towering, 100 year old oak trees, the breezes off the bay seem to head straight for the large old fashioned screened porch which, filled with the original wicker furniture, is poised to best take advantage of the breathtaking view up the Elk river to the Chesapeake Bay!

• We share a 100 ft. long dock with our neighbor. The dock is perfect for swimming, diving, fishing, and crabbing for famous Chesapeak Bay Blue Crabs.
